What you need to know about Help-Me-Park Meet & Greet

 

Information:
Meet and Greet Service at Gatwick Airport Your car will be taken to a secure compound while you are away.

Free Transfers: N/A
Open: 24 hours a day
Distance to Airport: N/A
Security: All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected from you, your vehicle will be transported to our secure car park which is equipped with CCTV and electrified security fencing. The car park is manned 24 hours a day, Our office is open 24 hours a day where members of staff are on the premises and are available to deal with any queries.

Gatwick

North Terminal Meeting instructions

Gatwick (LGW) North Terminal Departure       

We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please
call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal.

The drop-off and collection location is now between the Sofitel Hotel and Short Term Multi-storey Car Park.

1. Please stay in the right hand lane as you round the Sofitel (big white square building) on approach to the North Terminal so as to avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park.
2. Then park in the bays marked.  
3. Your car will be returned to this location.

Gatwick (LGW) North Terminal Return

On your return to Gatwick we will text you when you land, please call back when you enter baggage reclaim.

Please exit the terminal on the ground floor and make your way between the multi-storey car parks to the drop –off and collection location in front of the Sofitel Hotel where you dropped your car off.

*Please note if you have hand luggage only please call as soon as you can.

Please note that unless your car

• is displaying a valid tax disc and contains a valid tax disc for your return date  
• has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit
• or is in any other way unsafe to drive

the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car.  Your contract will be deemed to have started and you will not be able to claim a refund.

 

Gatwick

South Terminal Meeting instructions

Gatwick (LGW) South Terminal Departure       

We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal.

Drive your car to the Passenger Drop-off area at the South Terminal.

Drive to the far end, through the second set of traffic lights and park immediately on the left.

 

Gatwick (LGW) South Terminal Return

On your return to Gatwick we will text you when you land, please call back when you have collected all of your luggage.

We will return your car to the ground floor entrance to the terminal about 15 minutes later. Where we collected it from you.

*Please note if you have hand luggage only please call as soon as you can.

Please note that unless your car

• is displaying a valid tax disc and contains a valid tax disc for your return date
• has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit
• or is in any other way unsafe to drive
