What you need to know about CCP MEET & GREET

Customer Care Parking; hassle free, VIP parking service at Bristol Airport.

CCP provides a unique tailored Meet and Greet parking service at Bristol airport. Whether you are taking a family holiday, business trip or simply a quick get away – the level of service we provide will ensure your visit to Bristol airport is hassle free.

All CCP customers can take advantage of our competitive prices and complimentary services, from a complimentary pint of milk, loaf of bread or just a newspaper. We will even fill your vehicle with fuel or take care of your annual service or MOT — helping make your life that little bit easier.

One of our team will meet you at the airport rapid pick up car park near the departures entrance. The car will be parked on a secure site, with CCTV cameras in operation. On your return your vehicle and member of staff will greet you at the rapid pick-up point ready for a speedy turn around to get you on your way.

Departure Procedure

Please phone the CCP Concierge  15-20 minutes prior to your arrival at Bristol Airport. Follow the signs to the Rapid Pick Up Point. You will then be met by a CCP staff member, who will have CCP identification. Your car will be checked and your return details confirmed. You will be given a phone number to use on your return. Your vehicle will be transported and parked in a secure car park with CCTV at a local facility.

Return Procedure

On arrival back in to Bristol Airport, please phone the number given to you by the Concierge. A member of staff will be waiting in the Rapid Pick-up Car Park with your car ready for collection, along with any complimentary items you have ordered. If you have requested any additional vehicle services, all details will be provided on your return.

We aim to provide an excellent value meet and greet parking service at Bristol Airport with friendly experienced staff and secure car parking.
